Crestron Flex Care is an annual subscription service providing 24/7 live technical support, an extended five year warranty on Crestron® hardware, expedited advance replacements, and a discounted rate for on‑site support for M, MM, B, or R- series conference systems. Crestron Flex Care automatically renews annually at the same flat rate to provide coverage for up to five years from the purchase date of a Crestron Flex conference system.
